Jobs in Portland OR : Position: Store Manager Description: Currently, we are seeking resumes for Store Manager for TWGW NAPA Auto, Truck & Paint Stores located in the Willamette Valley markets. Our privately owned Company, TWGW, headquartered in Wilsonville, Oregon, was established in 1987. Currently, we have (16) locations in Oregon and Washington. TWGW is a successful, very aggressive and progressive Company who believes highly in superior customer service, valuable & experienced employees, ample inventory and a pleasant work atmosphere. The skill-set we are looking for in this individual will consist of a highly organized, self-managing, self-disciplined, incredibly motivated individual with great time management skills who can manage and motivate employees in a positive and professional manner. Your daily obligations will be to meet sales goals, manage a professional store sales team, manage inventory control, manage store reports and strive to be the best that the industry has to offer. The job does consist of a+50 hour work week. Requirements of Application: . Must have been a store manager either within the NAPA system or a competitor for at least (2) years. . Must have basic computer skills. Including "Word" & Excel. . Must have exceptional communication skills both orally and electronically. . Must have the desire to be successful. .
